Наталія Моцна

Наталія Моцна is a Deputy HRD with over 10 years of experience in the HR field. They began their career in a recruitment agency, gaining insight from both sides of the hiring process. Their experience includes personnel selection at various levels, from mass recruitment to department heads, and they possess expertise in all recruitment methodologies. Prior to their current role, they worked in various HR positions at companies such as Ukravit, Carlo Pazolini Ukraine, WOG, and MAXIMUM Human Resources, where they developed and implemented recruitment processes and coordinated training and adaptation programs. Наталія holds a Specialist degree in Psychology from the National Academy of Internal Affairs.
