Patty Costley

Patty Costley, MATD, CPTD, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training, development, and client education. Currently serving as the Director of Client Education at PlanetBids since July 2024, Costley previously held pivotal roles including Director of Learning and Development at NEOGOV, where significant enhancements in learning engagement were achieved, managing a team of 19. Prior experience includes managerial positions at PowerDMS and PSPC, Inc. in training, technical services, and marketing. Costley's background also features extensive veterinary experience, having progressed from Lead Veterinary Technician to Practice Manager at Banfield and roles in emergency care. Costley holds a Master’s Degree in Training and Development from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Stetson University.
