Fabian Hörst

Fabian Hörst has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a Dualer Student at ALDI SÜD where they gained practical experience in different departments. Fabian then joined Ticketsprinter GmbH as a National Key-Account-Manager, taking care of both new and existing clients. Fabian also contributed to creating guidelines and presentations for future employees. Fabian later worked at ReNoStar GmbH as a Co-Project Manager, involved in a research project to develop a CRM knowledge base. Moving forward, Fabian joined Lidl in Deutschland as an International Sales Trainee and later as an Area Sales Manager. Fabian managed international kick-off projects and gained experience in dealing with different cultures and habits. Following this, Fabian worked at LampenBox, Lampen E-Commerce GmbH as a TeamLead CRM & Sales, and later as the Chief Sales Officer, responsible for the sales and customer service department. Fabian also played a crucial role in setting the sales and CRM strategy of the company. Currently, Fabian holds the role of Team Manager Customer Success at jacando AG.

Fabian Hörst has a diverse educational background in the field of business. Fabian obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Business Change Management from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) in the years 2011 to 2014. During their studies, they also attended IDRAC Business school in 2013, where they earned another Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Business.

Later on, Fabian pursued their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Managing in a Global Context from Jönköping International Business School, studying from 2015 to 2017. In order to further enhance their skills in International Business Administration, they enrolled in Deakin University in 2016, where they completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Fabian achieved a certification in Ausbildereignungsprüfung from IHK Heilbronn-Franken in April 2014. This certification showcases their proficiency as a vocational trainer.
