İlkay Baylam

İlkay Baylam, MBA, FPCC, is the Associate Director of Engagement Strategies at Planetree International, where they provide consultation on implementing a relationship-centered model of care and guide healthcare organizations toward improving patient and staff experiences. Previously, they worked at Anadolu Sağlık Merkezi in several roles, including Executive Assistant to the President/CEO, where they managed projects and strategic planning. İlkay holds an MBA in Management of Business Administration from Yeditepe University and a BA in Tourism Management from Dokuz Eylul University.
