Jill Adolphe

Jill Adolphe, FPCC, is the founder of Care 2 Collaborate since January 2010 and serves as the Chair of the Global Patient and Family Partnership Council at Planetree International from July 2022. Prior experience includes her role as a Family Leader and Consultant at The Hospital for Sick Children from October 2006 to November 2009, where Jill partnered with hospital leadership to enhance the Patient and Family Centred model of care and contributed to hospital programs through the Family Advisory Committee. Jill Adolphe holds an HBA in Economics from the University of Toronto - University of Trinity College and a Graduate Degree with Distinction in Business from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
