Michelle Semones is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in customer success, training, and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Instructor and Curriculum Developer at Planful since March 2017, Michelle is adept at utilizing the ADDIE method for training design and development, focusing on customer adoption and successful implementations. As the founder of The Paycheck Coach, Michelle empowers women in managing personal finances and achieving financial goals. Prior roles include Principal Owner of Graphite Associates, LLC, VP of Customer Success and Operations at Levanto Financial, and Director of Customer Success at MoneyStream, Inc.
