David Duley

David Duley is a highly experienced entrepreneur with a successful track record in the financial services, real estate, and home services industries. David has held various roles, including Founder and CEO, since 1999.

In 1999, David founded The Handyman Network, Inc., an advertising service that aided customers in finding local qualified contractors for their home improvement projects. In 2004, they co-founded PEARL Protected, introducing the world's first permanent interior wall mounted escape ladder system. In 2010, they founded Triad Ventures, and in 2012, they founded Blue Lake Consulting, a consulting firm specializing in complex commercial real estate, financial, and investment transactions. Most recently, in 2017, David founded PlanGap, a vertically integrated financial services firm dedicated to the mitigation of public-policy and retirement related risk.

David Duley attended Emory University - Goizueta Business School from 1996 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
