Ben Gardner

Manager, Customer Success at Planhat

Ben Gardner has over 10 years of work experience, beginning with a role as Shift Manager at the Australian Heritage Hotel in 2009. Ben then moved to Amicus ITS in 2010, where they held the roles of Partner Assistant and Alliance Partner Manager. In 2010, they also worked as an Alliance Partner Manager for Master MSP. In 2011, they returned to Amicus ITS as an Alliance Partner Manager. In 2012, they began working as an Account Manager for Vocus. In 2015, they started working for Cision, where they held the role of Mid Market Team Leader. Later that year, they moved to Vuelio, where they assumed the role of Head of Account Management. In 2017, they joined Rio ESG as the Director of Customer Success and Associate Director Sales and Marketing. Finally, in 2018, they became Chairman of Emerging Leaders, and in 2022 they will become a Customer Success Manager for Planhat.

Ben Gardner attended the University of Bath from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Sports and Exercise. Ben also attended King Edward VI Southampton from 1986 to 2008, where they obtained A Levels. In June 2021, they obtained an IEMA Foundation Certificate from Rio ESG.
