Chris Regester has a wealth of experience in the customer success and sales space. Most recently, they have taken on the role of Chief Customer Officer at Planhat and Executive Member at Pavilion. Prior to this, they were Vice President, Revenue & Customer Operations at Meltwater from 2005. During their time at Meltwater, they also held the roles of Regional Director Asia, Customer Success and Sales, Country Director, Hong Kong / Sales Director, San Francisco and Sales Manager, London & Hong Kong. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing rapid growth of Meltwater in Asia, launching and growing offices in China, Japan, India, Singapore and Malaysia and scaling to $20m+ ARR. Chris also led international expansion, incubating then opening an office in Singapore, rebooted and grew the HQ sales office in San Francisco, and developed the business methodology, created strategic partnerships, localised the Meltwater platform and successfully introduced and sold Meltwater to clients across Asia.
Chris Regester has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Warwick from 2001-2005. Chris also studied Spanish Literature at Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla from 2003-2004. In 2010-2011, they completed a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
