Viktor Smirnov

Viktor Smirnov has been working in the IT industry since 2008. Viktor started their career as a System Administrator at Uroks Telecom LTD, where they administered a small ISP network. In 2010, they moved to Inet Company LTD as a Senior System Administrator, providing network administration support for a small ISP network. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Network Engineer at JSC Svyztrasneft, Priokskoe Branch, where they were responsible for the trouble-free operation of a large MPLS network. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Product Manager at Bulat LLC, where they analyzed customer's requirements for network equipment and designed architecture for network products. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a DevOps Engineer at WayRay and Planhat.

Viktor Smirnov obtained an Engineer's degree in Information Systems and Technology from Ryazan State Radiotechnical University (former Academy) between 2005 and 2010. In 2014, they obtained a CCNP certification from Cisco, and in 2017 they obtained a CCDP certification from Cisco. Viktor also holds a Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) certification from Red Hat.
