Chris Milosevich

Chris Milosevich is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success management and technical account management. Currently serving as Director of Customer Success Management at Planisware since November 2020, Chris has previously held leadership roles at Oracle as a Senior Customer Success Manager and Consulting Technical Director, guiding enterprise customers in utilizing the NetSuite cloud-based ERP solution. Prior to Oracle, Chris was a Senior Technical Account Manager at Placeable, successfully managing major accounts and overseeing multiple software development projects. Chris's career also includes roles at First Data Corporation as a Technical Contract Negotiator focusing on IT contracts, at Intuit launching professional services sales, and at Cyntergy Corporation leading system implementations for major hotel chains. Educational background includes a BS in Applied Human Sciences from Colorado State University and studies in hospitality management from the University of Delaware and Les Roches Switzerland.
