Larry Kading serves as the Enterprise Evangelist for Project Controls & Engineering at Planisware since December 2022, focusing on the integration of AI and machine learning into project management solutions. Prior to this role, Kading was the Director of PSA Growth at Planview, Inc., where significant improvements in profitability and efficiency for companies utilizing PSA solutions were achieved. With an extensive background at Changepoint, spanning over 16 years in various leadership roles, Kading contributed to the company's stature as a leader in Enterprise PSA through a strong customer-centric sales culture and cross-platform innovation. Additionally, Kading held key positions at Precision Response Corporation, Digital Lighthouse Corp, Geofin SRL, Allin Corporation, and Princess Cruises, demonstrating a diverse skill set in operations, logistics, and project management. Kading holds a BA in Communication, Video Production, and Business from George Fox University, along with a certificate in Business Management from UC San Diego.
