Michelle Lim, SPHR, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in managing HR functions across multiple countries, including the USA, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Currently serving as VP of Human Resources at Planisware since January 2018, Michelle has held various leadership roles such as Senior Director and Human Resources Director. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Director at Aurionpro, overseeing HR policies, compliance, employee relations, and benefits administration. Michelle has also worked at CCS Global Tech and Lucky Money, Inc., managing recruitment and HR processes, and began the career as a Human Resources Coordinator at Dole Food Company.
