Michaela Proper

Michaela Proper has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Michaela began their career at Chi Omega Fraternity Executive Headquarters as a National Consultant, where they provided support to collegiate chapters and established a new chapter at Babson College. Michaela then joined First National Bank of Omaha as an Employee Development Specialist, where they facilitated training sessions and maintained internal employee development offerings.

Afterwards, Michaela worked at Signal 88 Franchise Group as a Director of Implementation, guiding new franchise owners through the implementation process and providing ongoing support. Michaela then transitioned to One41 Partners as a Business and Talent Consultant, and later joined RevenuHub as a Talent Consultant.

Michaela's most recent position is with planit inc., initially starting as an Event Consultant in 2004. Michaela collaborated with clients to create event plans and managed on-site events. Over time, they grew within the company and currently holds the role of Director of Operations. In 2023, they will assume the position of Vice President, Operations and Client Success.

Michaela Proper has a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications including the Rembrandt Advantage certification in 2018, and the Achieve Global Sales and Service certification, as well as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator certification, both obtained in 2008.
