Ritu Bahuguna has extensive experience in quality engineering and software testing, having held various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Ritu began as a Software Test Engineer at AremisSoft Corporation from March 2001 to January 2004 and subsequently transitioned to positions such as Test Lead at Tata Consultancy Services and IBM Global Services. Ritu served as a Test Lead at Magic Software Pvt Ltd and later took on the role of QA Lead at Quest Diagnostics Healthcare IT Solutions from December 2018 to October 2022. Currently, Ritu is the Service Delivery Head at Planit, a position held since May 2024, following a tenure as Head of Quality Engineering at Planit Testing from October 2022 to May 2024. Ritu holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, completed in 2004.
