Paul Baum is the CEO and founder of PlanITROI, a company that provides trade-in and recycling solutions for electronics. Paul has over 25 years of experience in the industry, having founded Rumarson Technology Inc. in 1991 and led it as CEO for 10 years.

Under Baum's leadership, Rumarson Technology became one of the first and largest OEM PC "cash-in and trade-up" programs. The company was listed on the INC 500 list within five years of its founding, and Baum was often featured in major business media outlets.

In 2001, Baum sold Rumarson Technology to Selectron, which was later acquired by Flextronics. Paul then founded PlanITROI in 2006 with the goal of providing more sustainable and environmentally friendly solutions for electronic waste recycling.

Baum has been recognized as a leader in the field of electronic waste recycling, and their company has been honored with multiple awards, including the Recycler of the Year Award from the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries (ISRI) and the Green Business Innovation Award from the Silicon Valley Business Journal.

Paul Baum attended MIT for their BOG/EMP in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies and Ithaca College for their Bachelor's Degree in Business/Corporate Communications.
