Tammy Lesch

Tammy Lesch is currently the EVP Shared Services & CHRO at PlanITROI. Tammy was previously the HR Manager & Business Partner at Mars from July 2011 to July 2016. In their role at Mars, Tammy was responsible for supporting the delivery of the strategic HR agenda in the Mt Olive hub site, which included developing and implementing a robust People strategy and plan to support continued growth in Mars Information Services North American region.

Tammy was also responsible for deploying the HR strategy and HR processes within client divisions in co-operation with Global Functional Experts and other Client Managers, as well as being accountable for Associate First strategy and Associate Engagement in the hub site. Additionally, they facilitated and supported organizational change within client divisions, developing and implementing pragmatic recruitment strategies that introduced a blended approach to recruitment through balancing in house and outsourced recruitment activities.

Tammy has a long history of working in Human Resources and is passionate about developing talent and supporting organizational change. Tammy has a deep understanding of the recruiting process and has been successful in their career due to their ability to build relationships and partner with other departments to achieve common goals.
