Their career began in a startup, where they built the HR function from the ground up. Previously, they served as an HR Manager and Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Sweeetch, managing recruitment processes and employee welfare initiatives. Eva holds a Master's degree in Management des organisations et développement responsable from Montpellier Management and a Bachelor's degree in Droit économie gestion from Université de Nîmes.
