Lucy Eilbacher

Lucy Eilbacher has been with Planned Parenthood Federation of America since August 2014, where Lucy currently holds the title of Director, Affiliate Resources and Leadership Engagement. In their role, Lucy spearheads strategic programs to foster partnerships with affiliates and establishes a dynamic learning environment for Planned Parenthood's Development Community. Prior to their current position, Lucy held various roles at Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts, BostonGLOW, and Rosie's Place. Lucy holds a Bachelor of the Arts in Philosophy from Northeastern University.
