Clive Jordan has held a variety of roles in the construction and finance industries since 1996. Clive began their career as an Intern Architect in 1996, and then worked as a Project Engineer for Jackson Civil Engineering from 1998 to 2001. During this time, they also worked onsite, managing a shopping center, warehouses, apartments, sea defenses, a complete town center regeneration, two ports, two main roads, six bridges and a tunnel. From 2001 to 2002, they worked as a Global Program Trading Analyst for Lehman Brothers, where they created and implemented a management information system to track and analyze bad trades and established a unified Broker Database. In 2007, they joined Vico Software as a 5D BIM Virtual Construction Consultant, Director of VDC Services Middle East, and Virtual Construction Project Manager. In 2012, they were appointed Regional Manager of the West Coast for Trimble Inc. following their acquisition of Vico Software. From 2014 to 2017, they worked for Irvine Company as Vice President of Project Integration and then Senior Director of BIM and Process Integration, collaborating using BIM solutions, Virtual Construction workflows, Lean Construction practices, and Knowledge Mining techniques between Owner, Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Subcontractors, and Facility Maintenance teams. In 2017, they co-founded Plannerly - The BIM Management Platform and has served as CEO since.
Clive Jordan attended Northgate from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained A Levels in Maths, Chemistry, D&T, and Photography. Clive then attended Loughborough University from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a 1st Class Masters in Civil Engineering.
