Planning Impact Foundation is a not-for-profit private think tank and operator for urban changes & spatial transformations. 

Being established in Armenia in 2023 we rely on our more than 15 years of hands-on experience in municipal and regional governance, real estate and development, research and academia, consulting and fundraising aimed at spatial transformation projects and policymaking in post-soviet context.

We are a cross-disciplinary team assisting cities and regions in achieving greater sustainability, offering independent expertise for evaluating the effects of planning and strategic assessments. Our team generates datasets and performs spatial analytics to provide insights into these urbanized areas.  

Our aim is to enhance the reliability of economic data related to the development of cities and regions and to increase the impact of planning in a positive way.
