To advocate for the uniformed personnel of Plano Fire-Rescue specifically in the following areas...
- Fair wages 
- Reasonable work hours and adequate leave 
- Safe working conditions (PPE, apparatus, stations, etc.)
- Ensuring that applicable laws/ordinances, city policies, and departmental SOPs are uniformly enforced
- Member representation including providing legal assistance

Additional services that we provide:
- Benevolence towards membership and/or family of members
- Community relations and outreach
- Supporting and fundraising for charitable causes including, but not limited to, MDA and breast cancer organizations
