Your engineers can build anything. Making sure they're building the right thing is now the hard part.

The bottleneck in software moved upstream. AI writes code faster than ever, and the harder question is whether it's the right code, whether the AI feature is even feasible, and whether anyone defined what "done" means before the sprint started. That's requirements and design work, and it's the work most teams don't have the people to do.

Planorama is that team. We're a senior product design and requirements firm for companies building complex enterprise software, including AI and IoT systems. We work upstream of your engineers: defining what to build, designing how it should behave, and validating whether an AI approach will actually hold up in production, before anyone commits a line of code.

What we do:

* Product research and requirements that give engineering an unambiguous backlog
* UX/UI design for engineering-heavy platforms, delivered in your tools (Figma, Jira, Azure DevOps)
* AI feasibility and prototyping, from GenAI to traditional ML, so you find out what works before build
* Dev-ready documentation, user stories, and test cases your QA team can act on from day one

We work as a senior team from day one, embedded alongside yours, and everything we build stays with you. For PE and VC firms, we engage at the holding-company level and deploy across the portfolio, so the same upstream problem gets solved once instead of separately at every company.
