Bill Karsten

Bill Karsten is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the advisory and banking sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at PlanPILOT since February 2014, Bill focuses on delivering advisory services that assist plan sponsors in fulfilling their fiduciary responsibilities through effective risk management solutions. Bill has held leadership roles in various institutions, including Director of Institutional Advisory Services at BSC Private Wealth Management, Senior Vice President at both St. Charles Bank & Trust Company and Elgin State Bank, as well as First Vice President at LaSalle Bank N.A. and Assistant Vice President at American National Bank. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned between 1988 and 1993.
