Rick Donley

Rick Donley currently serves as the Director of Multiple Employer Plan Programs at PlanPILOT since June 2023. Prior to this role, Rick held various senior leadership positions at MissionSquare, where responsibilities included managing the Investment Only business segment and leading the Consultant Relations function. Previous experience includes a Managing Director role at TIAA, focusing on consultant and investment advisory relationships across 17 states, and a Vice President position at Charles Schwab, where Rick specialized in building high-level consultant relationships within a vast territory. Additional roles at Charles Schwab encompassed HR and training leadership, providing strategic management across multiple corporate sites. Rick began a career in human resources at PolyOne, managing HR operations at several facilities. Rick holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from Cleveland State University.
