Scott Hemerda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consultancy and management. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at PlanPILOT since July 2023, Scott also acts as the Owner and Managing Partner of Vacation Rental Collective, a personalized vacation rental management company established in March 2017, which focuses on providing exceptional service in various Colorado locations. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Director at Well and Good LLC from September 2015 to February 2024, where Scott provided advisory services on retirement plan investment fiduciary responsibilities to non-profit organizations. Before that, Scott was the Director of Institutional Relationships at TIAA-CREF from September 1997 to July 2015, delivering services at senior levels of client institutions in the non-profit sector. Early experience includes a customer service position at Citibank - Diners Club in 2008-2009. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University, earned between 2015 and 2019, and is a graduate of Arapahoe High School, attending from 1975 to 1988.
