Scott Hemerda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consultancy and management. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at PlanPILOT since July 2023, Scott also acts as the Owner and Managing Partner of Vacation Rental Collective, a personalized vacation rental management company established in March 2017, which focuses on providing exceptional service in various Colorado locations.
