Albert Cox

Albert Cox has extensive work experience in customer support and success roles. Albert currently works at PlanSource, where they started in 2015. Albert has held various positions at PlanSource, including Senior Director, Customer Support, Director, Customer Support, and Senior Manager, Customer Success. Prior to PlanSource, Albert worked at Aon Hewitt from 2011 to 2015, where they held positions such as Benefits Operations Manager and Benefits Delivery Specialist. Albert also has experience in social entrepreneurship service learning at Junior Achievement of Central Florida and marketing analysis at Daytona International Speedway. In addition, Albert has had international experience through a study abroad program and worked as an intern at Premiere Concierge.

Albert Cox attended the University of Central Florida from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing at the same institution.
