Briana Pierre

Briana Pierre has a work experience that includes roles at PlanSource and Alight Solutions. Briana started working at Alight Solutions in 2015 as an HR Service Representative, where they provided telephone support for various programs, completed client service requests within targeted timelines, and performed research to answer coverage inquiries. In 2018, Briana joined PlanSource as a COBRA/Direct Billing Account Manager, responsible for managing COBRA and direct billing accounts. In 2021, they transitioned to the role of Treasury Analyst at PlanSource, where they completed daily, weekly, and monthly banking processes related to FSA, HRA, and VEBA Accounts, pulled weekly reporting for VEBA clients, and authorized ACH pulls for VEBA clients in BMO Bank.
