Daniel Garvin

Daniel Garvin has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Senior EDI Configuration Analyst and Payroll Specialist at PlanSource. In this position, they manage multiple integration projects for health care insurance and benefits, working with various carriers such as Aetna, Cigna, Fidelity, Lincoln Financial Group, and Transamerica. Daniel is also a payroll expert, providing support for large clients using different payroll systems like ADP, Lawson, Oracle, SAP, and UKG. Additionally, they play a mentoring role within the team, offering training and guidance on department procedures.

Before joining PlanSource, Daniel worked as a Lead Bartender and Corporate Trainer at Buffalo Wild Wings from 2016 to 2021. During their time there, they excelled in creating exceptional guest experiences, building lasting connections with a large client base. Daniel demonstrated strong multitasking skills under pressure and consistently delivered exceptional results.

Prior to Buffalo Wild Wings, Daniel was a Head Bartender and Corporate Trainer at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen from 2014 to 2016. In this role, they focused on creating excellent guest experiences while following company policies. Daniel also trained new and existing bar staff on proper restaurant procedures and gained expertise in mixing a variety of simple and complex cocktails.

Throughout their work experience, Daniel has consistently shown proficiency in their roles, demonstrated strong communication and mentorship skills, and maintained a high level of professional expertise.

Daniel Garvin has a high school diploma from Freedom High School, which they obtained from 2004 to 2008. Daniel furthered their education at Valencia College from 2020 to 2024 and earned an Associate of Science degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. In addition to their formal education, Daniel Garvin has obtained multiple certifications in Excel and Microsoft Office Specialist for Office 2019 and Office 365. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn, with the most recent ones achieved in May 2022.
