Donald Usher

Donald Usher has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Donald began their career in 2008 at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health, where they served as a Business Development Manager and Director of Admissions for nearly 8 years. In 2016, they joined PlanSource as a Solutions Consultant for the Northeast Region. Donald then progressed to the role of Account Executive for the same region before eventually being promoted to Sales Director in 2021. Currently, Donald holds the position of Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at PlanSource, starting in 2023.

Donald Usher has a solid education history with a focus on psychology, counseling, and human resource development. Donald began their educational journey in 1993 at Florida State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Psychology and Music Education. During the same period, they also completed a Bachelor's degree in Counseling Psychology.

After completing their undergraduate studies in 1998, Donald continued their education at Webster University from 2001 to 2003. During this time, they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Development.

In addition to their formal educational background, Donald Usher has also earned a Board Certification in Behavior Analysis from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board in November 2014.
