Dustin Makepeace

Dustin Makepeace began their work experience in 2003 as a Tier 1 DSL Customer Service Representative at Convergys, where they provided technical support for SBC Yahoo! DSL internet services. Dustin then joined Best Buy in 2004 as a Geek Squad - Counter Intelligence Agent, assisting customers with computer issues and performing hardware and software installations. In 2006, they worked at DeVry University, where they were involved in the design and programming of a networked carbon monoxide and smoke detector smart system. From 2006 to 2013, they worked at Toptech Systems, starting as a Technical Analyst and eventually becoming a Senior Systems Technologist, providing support and troubleshooting for the company's terminal automation software and hardware. Since 2015, Dustin has been with PlanSource, initially as a DevOps Engineer and currently as a Senior DevOps Engineer.

Dustin Makepeace obtained a Bachelors of Science Degree in Computer Engineering Technology from DeVry University between the years 2002 and 2006.
