Jaime Soto

Jaime Soto has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. They started their professional career as a Staff Assistant for Senator Bill Nelson in January 2013, where they worked until May 2014. In May 2014, they took on the role of an HR Intern for North America Talent Supply at Procter & Gamble, which lasted for three months.

In September 2014, Jaime joined Oracle as a Contracts Administrator I and later became a Contracts Administrator II (Team Lead) from May 2015 to March 2016.

From April 2016 to November 2019, they worked at RMS as a Senior Sales Operations Analyst. During their tenure at RMS, they also served as a Manager of Sales Operations from November 2019 to September 2020.

After leaving RMS, Jaime joined Express Scripts as an Agile Product Owner Senior Advisor from September 2020 to January 2022.

In January 2022, they transitioned to Management Leadership for Tomorrow as a Senior Manager of Sales Operations, where they worked until December 2022.

Currently, Jaime is working as a Sales Operations Manager at PlanSource, beginning their role in December 2022.

Jaime Soto has a strong educational background. Jaime obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on General MBA from Florida International University between 2013 and 2014. Prior to that, Jaime completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science/International Relations at the University of Central Florida from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, Jaime pursued further education at Seminole State College of Florida, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Political Science, which they completed from 2006 to 2008.

Aside from their formal education, Jaime Soto also holds a certification as a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), which they obtained in July 2019 from Salesforce.org.
