Katherine Evans has a diverse range of work experience spanning over a decade. Katherine started their career at Nordstrom as an Inventory Control Specialist, where they excelled in managing inventory processes, training new team members, and implementing strategies to increase department revenue. Katherine then transitioned to the hospitality industry, working as a Front Desk Agent at Loews Hotels & Co and later as a Front Desk Supervisor at Royal Pacific Resort. At these positions, Katherine developed strong customer service and leadership skills. Katherine then entered the field of Human Resources, first as an HR Administrator at PlanSource, where they organized HR events, conducted employee orientations, and implemented document management practices. Later, they took on the role of Human Resources Coordinator at the same company, where they managed employee onboarding, assisted with recruiting and benefits administration, and composed internal communications. Currently, Katherine holds the position of IT Support Specialist at PlanSource, where they investigate and responds to desktop support requests, deploys software to multiple devices, and maintains troubleshooting documentation.

Katherine Evans began their education in 2008 at Valencia College, where they pursued an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies. Katherine completed their studies at Valencia College in 2009. Following this, Katherine enrolled at the University of Central Florida in 2011 and graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management.
