Matthew Feinberg

Matthew Feinberg has a wide range of experience in the field of DevOps and Systems Engineering. Matthew is currently working as the Director of DevOps at PlanSource. Prior to that, they worked at RMG Media as the Director of System Engineering, where they were responsible for managing the DevOps/Systems Engineering team and ensuring project schedules were met. Matthew also held the role of Manager, Systems Engineering (DevOps) at RMG Media, where they maintained AWS accounts for clients and created automation tools. Before their time at RMG Media, Matthew worked at Wells Fargo as an Application System Engineer, where they handled Linux system administration and metrics engineering. Matthew also had experience as a Senior Linux System Administrator at Team Cymru, where they focused on automation and server deployment using Ansible. Matthew also worked at Syniverse as an SSE Systems Admin, responsible for DevOps and RHEL system administration. Matthew was a Senior Systems Administrator at Xyleme, Inc., where they managed Linux and Windows servers and automated server configurations. Matthew's earlier experiences include working as a Senior Linux Systems Admin/Architect at Tilted Planet Ltd, Linux Admin Supervisor at Hostgator.com, and Senior Linux Systems Administrator at Choopa. Their first role in the industry was as a Senior Linux Systems Administrator at Spire Vision, where they managed CentOS-based email, web, and database servers.

Matthew Feinberg attended The Art Institutes from 1987 to 1989, where they studied photography. In addition to their education, they obtained two certifications in 2017: AWS Certified Developer Associate from Amazon Web Services, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate, also from Amazon Web Services.
