Matthew Gibbs

Matthew Gibbs has a comprehensive work experience in software engineering and development. Matthew started their career at All West Communications as a Software Engineer Level I from 2000 to 2004. Matthew then advanced to become a Software Engineer Level II / System Analyst from 2004 to 2011, during which they diversified the company's presence with the creation of Allwesthosting.com. From 2012 to 2013, Gibbs worked as the Manager of Software Development at All West Communications, leading multiple vendors and managing 30+ custom software solutions. In 2013, they joined PlanSource as a Senior Software Engineer, where they analyzed, designed, coordinated, and supervised the development of software systems. In 2016, Gibbs was promoted to Director of Software Engineering at PlanSource, focusing on team and client success as well as business operations efficiency. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Software Engineering at PlanSource, where they are responsible for implementing and overseeing engineering strategies and procedures to guide the company in achieving its goals. Gibbs also leads, guides, directs, and evaluates the work of others while inspiring loyalty, commitment, passion, and enthusiasm within the company team members.

Matthew Gibbs attended Westminster University from 1996 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
