Meredith Beam Cobb

Meredith Beam Cobb has a strong background in employee benefits and has worked in various leadership roles throughout their career. Meredith started their career at Hodges-Mace Benefits Group, Inc. in 2011, where they served as the Director of Client Strategies and later as the Principal, Sales & Strategy. Meredith then joined Winston Benefits Inc. in 2014 as the Vice President, Employer Solutions, where they specialized in large group consulting, benefits administration technology, compliance, outsourcing, and employee engagement. In 2019, Meredith joined PlanSource as the Regional Representative for Reseller Partnerships before being promoted to their current role as VP of Strategic Partnerships, HCM Channel. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in benefits software and outsourcing solutions, strategic partnerships, and sales and strategy.
