In 2008, they also participated in a Study Abroad program at the University of Deusto, focusing on Culture & Politics in Contemporary Spain.

In terms of additional certifications, Randi obtained a People Manager Qualification (PMQ) from SHRM in June 2020. Randi also acquired certifications in Google AdWords and Google Analytics in March 2015.
