That vision has led to the construction of more than 60,000 homes across Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia under the brands Plantation Homes, Henley, and Edgewater Homes. 

We’re not driven by size – we’re driven by quality, sustainability and consistency. Since 2009, we’ve operated as a local builder with the backing of our parent company, the Sumitomo Forestry Group.  

With a legacy spanning more than 330 years, Sumitomo’s global operations include forestry, timber manufacturing, housing, and renewable energy. The group is now valued at AUD $10 billion, with housing and construction businesses settling 26,000 homes and apartments annually.
