We use the ancient sciences of Ayurveda, Yoga and Meditation to heal ailments of the body and mind using holistic practices focussing on: nutrition, movement of the body, sleep, lifestyle, relationships, and management of emotions and mind. 

Plantation Villa is a social enterprise where profits of the organisation is used to uplift underprivileged communities in Sri Lanka and nature preservation by funding rural schools, hospitals, leading community initiatives and protection of natural habitats.
