Tom Kärcher

Tom Kärcher is currently a Senior Sustainability Expert at Planted, where they lead projects focused on CO₂ and impact-driven transformation software modules. Previously, they held several roles at OPTIMA packaging group GmbH, including Sustainability Manager, where they developed sustainability strategies and collaborated on life cycle analyses. Tom has also completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Industrial Management, both with high distinction. They gained early experience through internships and holiday jobs in mechanical production and IT.
