David Witz, AIF® GFS® CPFA®BCF™, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in fiduciary governance and financial services. As a Co-Founding Member of The Center for Board Certified Fiduciaries (CBCF) since November 2020, David plays a key role in advancing fiduciary standards within the industry. In addition, David serves as the COO and Co-Founder of Catapult HQ, Inc. since 2017, focusing on facilitating RFx processes across various industries. Furthermore, David has held the position of Managing Director at FRA PlanTools since May 2004, where expertise encompasses web-based fiduciary governance solutions and risk management. David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, Insurance, and Real Estate from Penn State University in 1981.
