Dillon Baxter

Dillon Baxter has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Range Picker at River City Range in 2011. Dillon then moved on to become a Manager at Rocky Creek Barbecue in 2013, followed by a Sales Representative at Vector Marketing in 2015. In 2016, they were a Server at both ClubCorp and Chisos Grill. Later that same year, they took on an Intern/Analyst role at Mackey & Associates. In 2019, they were an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Houlihan Lokey. In 2020, they became a Private Equity Intern at Sky Island Capital, and also founded PlantSwitch as the CEO and Co-Founder.

Dillon Baxter attended Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Finance - Alternative Asset Management.
