Robert Velén

Robert Velén is an experienced professional in Plant Asset Management with a strong background in consulting, project management, and system coordination. Currently serving as Team Lead and Senior Specialist Consultant at PlantVision AB since September 2014, Robert oversees the Plant Asset Management team and specializes in COMOS, project management for Plant IT, and provides support and training. Previously, as Project Manager for BIM development at Skanska, Robert led multidisciplinary teams on various technology and business development initiatives. Robert also managed the Information Systems department at Pharmadule, where responsibilities included maintaining and developing ERP and engineering systems. With a solid foundation in mechanical engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, Robert's career began in mechanical design roles, highlighting a progression through various technical and managerial positions within the industry.
