Mark Celli

Mark Celli has extensive experience in the telecommunications and utility sectors, holding various leadership and supervisory roles. At Planview Utility Services Limited, Mark served as a Health and Safety Supervisor and Contract Inspector in May 2020. Prior to this, Mark worked at Bell from April 1981 to June 1989, where responsibilities included Telecommunications Technician, Help Desk Manager for Customer Network Maintenance, and multiple managerial positions in network services. Mark also held the position of Nexxia National Service Director at BCE Nexxia from July 2003 to August 2007. Educational qualifications include a degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology and a diploma in Computer Programming and Analysis from Seneca College.
