Albert Lai

Albert Lai is a seasoned software engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Planview since July 2022, where responsibilities include utilizing generative AI for business operations and enhancing MLOps for machine learning models. Prior roles include Senior Engineering Manager at Tasktop and Change Healthcare, where efforts were focused on developing cloud-based solutions for medical imaging applications and enabling enterprise customers to streamline their operations. Albert has over two decades of experience, starting from software development roles at notable companies including IBM and McKesson, while also contributing to educational initiatives as a volunteer coach for Odyssey of the Mind. Albert holds a MSc and BSc in Computer Science from The University of British Columbia.
