Maureen Putman

Maureen Putman currently serves as GVP of Talent and Programs at Planview, Inc. since November 2022, leading initiatives in talent management and the development of connected work environments. Prior to this role, Maureen held various positions at Coupa Software from November 2014 to November 2022, including VP and Senior Director of HR Business Partner, contributing to the strategic evolution of the Employee Success function across multiple organizations. Maureen's experience also includes HR leadership roles at L&W Group and L&W Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, benefits administration, and general HR management. Maureen began their career with a human resources internship at Marathon Petroleum Company and holds an MHRLR degree from Michigan State University and a BBA from Grand Valley State University.
