Michelle Janco

Michelle Janco currently serves as the Global Learning Director at Planview, Inc., a position held since February 2021, and previously was the Director of Admin Services & Education at Clarizen from February 2015 to February 2021. In roles at Clarizen, Michelle built and led a new department focused on providing software administration services, enhancing customer support, and reducing churn rates through strategic customer engagement. Prior to Clarizen, Michelle held various positions, including Manager of Customer Success at RealPage, where significant contributions included establishing a new Customer Success department and achieving high closing percentages as a Sales Engineer. Additional experience includes managing properties at Equity Residential and Homelink Companies and overseeing customer success projects at Avontus Software.
