Mukund Singh

Mukund Singh is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer success and operational leadership. Currently serving as VP of Customer Success at Planview since September 2024, Mukund oversees post-sales management for Plutora products following their acquisition by Planview. Previously, as Chief Customer Officer at Plutora, Mukund led the company through a significant M&A process and was instrumental in enhancing customer success strategies, increasing renewal rates, and managing customer support initiatives. Prior roles include Chief Customer Officer at Axcient, where Mukund managed a large customer success and support team while overseeing a significant retention portfolio, as well as leadership positions at Marketo, EZShield Inc., Juniper Networks, and Ciena. Mukund holds an MBA in Finance from Santa Clara University and an MS in Industrial Engineering from The University of Toledo.
