Olivera M. is an experienced technical support professional with a strong background in customer technical support and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Analyst at Planview, Inc. since February 2021, Olivera previously held the position of Team Lead - Customer Technical Support at Changepoint from February 2014 to February 2021, and at Compuware from May 2005 to February 2014.
