Pam Brown is currently a Sr. Renewals Specialist at Planview, Inc., where they focus on customer retention and loyalty within the Global Customer Success team. With over 15 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success Management, and Sales, Pam has developed a strong track record of retaining and growing revenue by effectively articulating product value. Previously, Pam served as Lead Renewals Manager at Changepoint and held roles at Guidant Financial Group, SanMar, and Egghead Software, where they built and maintained relationships with a diverse range of customers.
